Bananas, which may be consumed as fruit or vegetable, one of most significant crops nations owing to their nutrient-dense diet diverse therapeutic properties. Introduction: Apigenin glycosides, myricetin glycoside, myricetin-3-O-rutinoside, delphinidin, pelargonidin, peonidin, malvidin, naringenin kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside, dopamine, N-acetyl serotonin, rutin, polyphenols, flavonoids, total dietary fiber, insoluble lignin, hemicellulose, cellulose, lipids, proteins, minerals are found bananas. Objective: The primary goal this research confirm emphasize nutritional value M. acuminata.
